Lot 1 in Stone Garden Subdivision is moving along on schedule. We just passed the rough inspections and we're gearing up for insulation and drywall after the 4th of July Holiday.
Home Progress
378 Michigan - Demo
We cleared the old house at 378 to open up the lot for a new one. We could build a ranch house similar to the one next door at 394 Michigan. At 100 x 146 this lot is one of the largest for this area in Palatine.
Stone Garden
Lot 1 is going up. And we're finishing up the siding on Lot 2 right next door.
225 - Rough
The first house in our 5 home subdivision, Stone Garden, is scheduled for rough inspections in a couple days. Here are some photos of the progress.
394 - Finishing Up
All siding is complete; but painting the columns and front door will have to wait for warmer weather. On the interior we're ready for all the final trim.
Charlotte - Exterior
Here are a couple of shots of the mostly finished exterior. The home still needs painting on the columns & front door, and landscaping.

We're finishing up the rough electrical and then we'll be ready to start insulation. Everything's looking good.

Charlotte - Rough Framing
442 Charlotte is moving along quickly. We've been luck with minimal rain days. Our carpenters are working on the roof sheathing now. The next steps are shingles, concrete slabs in the basement & garage, then closing the house up with windows & exterior doors.
