901 N Hickory is finished! We had a photographer from VHT Studios come in and take these photos of the home.

Hickory - Exterior Columns

We've got the columns installed.  They still need to be painted the same color as the rest of the trim.  The front porch clear cedar decking was installed too.  The railings for the porch and stoops will be installed this week.

Hickory - Exterior & Trim

The Exterior is just about finished.  The only thing left is to complete the columns.  On the inside the carpenters are just getting started on the trim.  The tile work is almost done.

Hickory - Drywall & Siding

Drywall sanding is finished this week and we are ready for painting.  Take a look at the vaulted ceilings in the foyer and the master bedroom. 

We've got a masonry full wood burning gas fireplace with limestone mantle, corbels, & hearth.  Our landscaper put in the stone bricks creating the english basement.  

And the siding guys are installing the bead board porch ceiling.

Hickory Progress

The mason is just about finished on the exterior, but still needs to complete the fireplace interior.  Siding starts next week.  The copper weathervane is looking good.  We will be ready for drywall after drying out the house for a couple weeks.

Hickory - Second Floor Framing

The cold weather continues to slow us up.  We are just starting the second floor walls for Hickory.  I can already tell this house is going to look good.  The layout is going to work really well.

Hickory - Steel & Deck

We got the first floor deck on just before the temperatures dipped.  It may be too cold to work for the next few days.
