This home is just about finished. Only a few quick miscellaneous items remain. Here's a look at the finished product.

248 S Hale - Painting

Here are a few rooms of Hale freshly painted. The windows have also been cleaned.

I almost forgot I took these. Here are a few pictures of when George was installing the kitchen cabinets a few weeks ago.

Wood floors have been completed and stained. They have been covered for protection. We have the painters in there for the next few weeks.

Fuzzy just finished grading the lot.

The floors & stairs are in. Sidewalk, front, & rear stoop are poured. Interior doors, trim, and base are being installed.

Here are a few rooms of Hale just after the drywall was put up before taping.

We just passed the insulation inspection. The Brick & Siding Are just about done. Getting ready for drywall.
