Hamilton - Framing Progress

The basement is poured, most of the windows are in.  We are still working on getting this house closed up.  The next steps will be to the frame out the basement walls and get the plumber started.  On the exterior we will need the window trim installed so we can start the stone.

Hickory - Exterior Columns

We've got the columns installed.  They still need to be painted the same color as the rest of the trim.  The front porch clear cedar decking was installed too.  The railings for the porch and stoops will be installed this week.

Hickory - Exterior & Trim

The Exterior is just about finished.  The only thing left is to complete the columns.  On the inside the carpenters are just getting started on the trim.  The tile work is almost done.

394 W Michigan - Demolition

Here's another great lot we picked up this year.  It's walking distance in the Pleasant Hill & Fremd H.S. school districts.  The house on it was in unlivable condition and needed to be torn down right way.

Hickory - Drywall & Siding

Drywall sanding is finished this week and we are ready for painting.  Take a look at the vaulted ceilings in the foyer and the master bedroom. 

We've got a masonry full wood burning gas fireplace with limestone mantle, corbels, & hearth.  Our landscaper put in the stone bricks creating the english basement.  

And the siding guys are installing the bead board porch ceiling.

Hamilton - 1st Floor Framing

The carpenters are finished with the first floor.  The next step is to have the steel put up.

Hickory Progress

The mason is just about finished on the exterior, but still needs to complete the fireplace interior.  Siding starts next week.  The copper weathervane is looking good.  We will be ready for drywall after drying out the house for a couple weeks.

1850 Hamilton - Foundation

Here are some shots of 1850 Hamilton just before and after the foundation forms were put up.  We just passed the inspection today and the walls will be poured tomorrow.  Now that the weather is cooperating we should really be able to get moving on this home.
