111 S Bothwell is just about done. We have some very nice looking white painted cabinets in the the kitchen with a dark stained island. We still need the get the granite countertops put in. Also, here is a nice shot of the finished exterior with some landscaping.
Home Progress
22 W Summerset Court - Beginning
We just started another home at 22 Summerset. This was the last lot in our Summerset Subdivision. Here's some shots of the excavation.
Benton - Framing & Roof Trusses / Sheeting
Moving along on the roof.
Benton - Fist Floor Walls
The first floor walls are up. We will be starting the second floor deck this week.
Benton - Deck
Here is the carpenter progress over the past few days on the deck. They are starting first floor walls today. They even got out there on Saturday to try and make up for some lost time with the rain.
Benton - Rough Grading & Steel
After the driveway was roughed in we were able to get the truck in to set the steel. Carpenters start with the deck in the morning.
Benton - Foundation
Here we are laying the utility sleeves. The foundation has been mostly backfilled except an area for the sewer and water. The steel will be set tomorrow if the weather cooperates.
Benton - Demo
Here's a few more photos of the demolition progress. We have the village demo inspection tomorrow morning. Then we'll be moving on to the excavation & starting the footings at the end of the week.
Bothwell - Tile, Flooring, Exterior
The outside is looking good. Check out the bead board under the front porch. Though, we'll get a much better view once the scaffolding comes out of the way. The tile in the baths and laundry was just finished today. The first floor will be entirely oak and will be finished up this week.
Benton - Demolition
Here it is. The old house coming down. It's a great rainy day for it too. The rain helps keep the dust down.
